Lovely Latte

Anyone who knows me well, knows just how much I love my latte. (she types with her starbucks mug next to the keypad with lovely fluffy latte to the brim).

So this weeks challenge by The Studio was an easy one for me when we were asked this:

Food and drink - dedicate a layout to your favourite consumables! Whether it's chocolate, coffee or wine, tell us all about it :)

I decided to concentrate the LO on one of my recent favourite mugs, which also goes down as 'Bargain of the year'.
I love this mug and was instantly drawn to it, all lonesome in a Starbucks basket in Orlando. But $8.95, I decided as lovely as it was, I didn't NEED it.

The next time we went, it was still there. Ade decided, It was mine and went off to pay. Even better when it came up as 75cents. The cashier looked at the pricetag on the bottom, shrugged his shoulders and just asked for 75cents : )
I love a bargain!

Next up today are these 3 cards that I made for Papermaze using the Basic Grey range 'Basics'.
I made a sketch and blogged the cards with more details on the papermaze blog, here.

Abit of other news about Papermaze, if you are quick, orders over £10 this weekend get free postage (within UK). That's up until 9pm tonight, no code needed.
I love this online shop and they are always adding the latest scrap goodies. I recommend a visit. I will be placing my order this afternoon too. Visit the shop here.

No further news from me right now.
I have now made 3 LO's and 2 projects and have a mini book on the go from my new Cocoa Daisy kit. I LOVE this kit. I just need to start photographing it all.
But I have a meal to make this afternoon, blueberry muffins to bake for lunchboxes this week, a little guinea pig to clean out and Louis's school homwork book to cover aswell. Plus I would really like to work on that Cocoa Daisy minibook.
You know when you get an idea, you just want to make it there and then don't you?! I hate not always being able to do that. It's definitely been a stage by stage this one.
I made notes yesterday morning during breakfast, cut the pages to size and cornered the edges during family film time on the rug, printed off the photos late last night and spray misted the pages and left to dry first thing today before we went out. I now just need to piece it all together and journal.

I hope you are enjoying your weekend.
Have you managed any craft time?
