His Stories

I am having a scrappy weekend.
It's just been decided.
The weather is naff and my mojo has gone crazy.
I was still scrapping at midnight last night and the bad weather woke me at 6.30am this morning so I came down in to my quiet studio and started up again : )
It's now 10.30am and I'm still in pj's.

I've decided to do a little blog hopping this morning.
It's been so long since I've done that.
I'm going to scrap for me today. It's rare that I do that and it feels so good.
I've found some fun online challenges to play along with.
Here's the first from Chic Tags.
I'm a huge fan, so I am having so much fun surrounded by these goodies.

Here is their sketch challenge.
And here is my LO.

Louis has always loved writing his stories but he's taken a break for a while. Since having Ade's Grandad's old typewriter though it's started him back up again and he's loving it.

I've added a hole in each of the Chic Tags 'tags' and inked and attached them with twine to the Thickers.

I've used a few of the Chic Tags 'journal cards' and outlined all my alphas aswell as the journal cards to help them stand out against the very bright background.
The background has been made with Inktense Watercolour Pencils.

I think it's time for a shower and then back to the scrapping.
I think this is going to be a good weekend.
Hope you have a fun one too xx

Wow wow wow!! This is gorgeous!! LOVING the colors in the background and loveeeeeeeeee the twine with the tags! Hoping you can find an Elf on the Shelf when you come to the states ... usually here they get rid of it soon after Christmas ... let me know if you can't find one ... and if you still want one ... I will get you one next season and mail it to you - we will call it an early Anniversary present *wink* :)

I can tell you have some mojo happening. And blog hopping is nice once in awhile isn't it? Like saying hello to old friends.
thanks for the visit. :)
