Butterflies in my tummy

Hollie is having her first day at the comp today (high school) I'm here at home wondering how she is doing and hoping that she has been put in a class with some really good friends.
It's their induction day, meeting their new class and tutors ready for the start of the new term in September.

Its Thursday, so it's time for the next Sketchy Thursdays sketch.
A double pager this time. They've been really popular, so Diana and Heidi are offering one a month now.

But don't let this put you off. A double page LO isn't for everyone, I've taken the sketch and created this single page instead this time. That's what I love about a sketch, using them for inspiration, but doing my own thing too.

I found these photos on Hollie's camera that she'd taken on our way to Florida earlier this year. It just got me thinking how much they enjoy travel and how easy they are to travel with.

I used my latest Studio Calico kit.

Now one other thing today, the lovely Tessa Buys is having a blog giveaway.
If you haven't visited Tessa before, go take a look. I design with Tessa at The Studio, not only is she so so sweet, but she makes the most beautiful creations. I love following her blog. She's also the owner of her Perfectly Precious Etsy Shop.
Go say Hello. Tessa Buys.

Have a good day xxx

Great layout, I love the clouds. My little girl already loves playing with a camera, I look forward to seeing what secret snaps she comes up with in the future!

This is such a lovely page/story. My equivalent page would have a title of something like... "Are we theeeeeeeere yeeeeeeeeeeet?" Maybe when he's older??? lol

I hope Hollie's day was a great one. She'll cope much better than you will ;)
